Information We Collect

When you register for VOW access or submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide access to listing data, including sold prices and market data (VOW)
• Send email alerts for saved searches (with your consent)
• Respond to your inquiries
• Comply with CREA and BCFSA regulatory requirements

Data Retention

VOW user accounts are retained for 180 days after password expiry, in accordance with CREA guidelines. Contact form submissions are retained for one year.

Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Listing data is provided by CREA DDF and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Cookies and Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to understand how visitors find and use this website, and to measure the effectiveness of ads we run on Meta platforms. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and sends anonymized event data (pages viewed, listings opened, searches performed) to Meta. No personal information such as your name, email, or phone number is shared with Meta without your consent.

You can opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising via your Meta ad preferences, or block the pixel entirely using browser-level tools (Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection, Safari Intelligent Tracking Prevention, or an ad blocker).
